I need a higher resolution scan is there an original
transparency?
A: Yes we have both digital images and original
transparencies but not all images have a
transparency.
Q:
What file sizes are available?
A: Images come in a broad range of file sizes, we
offer "up to 80mb" as our file
sizes.
Q:
How will I receive the images ordered?
A: Files are delivered via FTP
Q:
What If I cannot retrieve the images from an FTP site?
A: If you would like the image delivered on disc there
is an additional shipping and burning charge
for the CD and delivery.
Q:
Are images with people in them model released?
A: Our images are primarily Model Released but pay
attention to the file info on the comp page for
images that clearly state they are not Model Released.
Q: Do I have to be
a registered user to view images?
A: You do not have to register to
view images on our site but you must be a registered user to get pricing and to order
images.
Q: How do I
become a registered user?
A: Registration is simple.

Q: If I do not find the exact image I am looking for is
there an offline library?
A:Yes we generally do not charge a research fee
for this service but we will need to charge for comp scanning and or Hi Res
scanning, as well as the usage
fee.
Q: Can we hire a photographer to shoot a specific
image?
A: Yes, you may contact us directly and we will tailor a
specific image to fit your needs.
Q: Can I purchase an image
outright?
A: Yes You
may purchase an image outright, please contact us directly via phone or E-mail and we can negotiate
fee's.
Q: Are any of the images on this site royalty
free?
A: No we only handle rights managed
images.
Q: If I do not
see the exact usage that I am needing in the order pages drop down menu
what do I do?
A:

Q: If
I am already registered on the telluridestock.com site do I need to register on
bicyclingstock.com or newmexicostock.com?
A: No,
one time registration allows you to use your username and password on all of our
sites.
Q: How do I find my price quote and how do I accept or
reject the price?
A: You will receive an e-mail shortly after you
send a price request, it will ask you to log in and as soon as you do it will
take you to the "My Profile" page, on this page under Pending items will be the
date of the price quote, click on the date and if you want to accept the price
quote simply check the box and click on enter at the bottom of the page. There
is an option to remove the quote if you do not care to purchase the
image.
